Co-ownership manager (syndic)
ROCKENBROD is a leading managing agent in Luxembourg for properties held in co-tenancy. Called a 'syndic' we provide a large range of services to a co-ownership (the administration fee amounts to 25€/unit/month plus VAT):
Keeping of the current accounts
Annual closing of accounts including the production of individual accounts and the charges breakdown between co-owners
